Refund policy

We offer a 30-day satisfaction promise. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at konimbo.om@gmail.com with a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. Personalized items cannot be refunded, but we'll work with you to fix any issue. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
