Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We currently offer flat-rate shipping within the United States:

US Flat-Rate Shipping: $5.99 — Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days after processing.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, and are shown on the product page and cart before you check out, so there are no surprises.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's progress.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Spectrum Sparks is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging so we can file a claim with the shipment carrier and assist with a replacement or refund.
